Auction Glitch

Same auction problem everyone is having. Lost an accumulated 110k+ from just two players. Normally I'm a massive madden addict but this has ruined the game for me almost. I've taken massive losses because of this, big steps backwards by selling starters to get cash for better replacements then losing these players and being back to square one. I actually planned on giving up altogether but then called the customer service. They began the process of returning my cash when I didn't have the info they needed and had to boot up madden and hang up with the rep. Afterwards the rep attempted to call me where in my phone dropped the calls and I could not return his call. So I'm stuck between bull and nuts.
