Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I had bids on several RTTP signs but the auctions ended and kept going onto the negative. I lost my coons and didn't get the signs. The timer just kept going.
This happened to me on December 10th while bidding on elite players, as of now it has not been resolved. That time I lost 56k coins. I just lost another 100k tonight while bidding on signs tonight.
EA knows that there are problems with the auction house (database) eventually it stops acknowledging that you were outbid and so you lose the coins. They are in no hurry to fix this problem. After 5 days without resolution, I contacted them again and here is the response I received.

My name is Pranay and I'm an adviser here at EA. I'm really sorry to know about your issue. I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Sorry for the delay in response.
However, I would like to inform you that this is currently a known issue and we have been receiving similar kind of contacts from a lot of other customers too. I would also like to share that our studio is working hard to get it fixed.
We will request you to give some time while our studio works on it and try to get it fixed.
Your patience is highly appreciated on this matter.
Hope you understand.
I would also recommend you to keep yourself updated on our Answers HQ page : answers.ea.com/ to get any update on the issue."
Your best bet is going to be to find something else to play or continue to play but pretend like they took this issue serious enough to take down the AH again. I guess when it's the customers getting screwed over, it's really not that serious...
