Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I just bid over 53k on a Dallas Elite Road Sign and it disappeared without refunding me coins or the actual item... All 53k of my coins gone! EA please do something to refund or I'm done with this game and all its glitches.

Same here... I just bid on two Elite Road Signs that I appeared to win (went into negative time) and lost over 70k. I'm super pissed right now.
I've been waiting for them to do something since the 10th, it just happened to me again. I'm down 156k coins total now. They acknowledge the issue and that many people are experiencing it but they don't really care. I've been dealing with this for 7 days now, see below for their bs response.
