Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

I lost money after a bid in the auction
i'm from brazil and this problem reached here!
I was disputing two auctions at the same time, one was the tom brady I had bid more than 55,000 and the other was an elite player that I had bet 35,000.
Someone else has bid more than me, and disappeared the option to get my bid back, i just lost all my money and players, that's a lack of respect with your clients! injury of more than $ 90,000
