Auction Glitch

Auction failed to give me the player and coins disappeared. Does EA do anything to rectify the situation?

I've sold Elite Free Agent Tim Tebow for 100k on auction house and did not get the money. The auction dissapeared so i think i've lost it. People told me that the problem would be solved (i would get the money) in 24 hours, but 24 hours already passed and i didn't get nothing yet. Hope EA solve this problem. Does anybody knows a solution for this? Thanks!

Having the same problem ☹️ I hope I get my money back as I am not one of those players with millions of coins

I sold my Steve Atwater legends card in the auction house and when I tried to collect my coins it wouldn't let me click on the auction. Once I exited the game and refreshed a couple of times it just dissapeared from the "my auctions" section and I have not received my coins or gotten my Steve Atwater card back

Hi I have had the same problem I had an elite drew breeze up on auction and woke up and he and my Brock oswiler were gone with no coins

I have waited 24 hours and didn't get anything back what should I do?

Ok it's been 24 hours, and I still have neither my 45000 coins, or the 89 Reshad jones. Now would be a good time to "help me further"

Cmon! I see the others having the same problem come on EA give us our stuff back!

To go more into detail I listed my elite 88 wide receiver and he sold, when I went through everything that sold and He sold but I never got my money.
