Auction Glitch
Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

- I lost over 100 gold players, 29 Silver players, and 50 bronze players. I also lost an Elite 85 TE. The players aren't under the "my auctions" tab or in my bench. They have completely disappeared. All of those players coins added up would have been over 200k... This must be a glitch because I put all of my players up at 9PM on December 9th the same day everyone else is claiming to have this same problem happen to them. And it's not that the game is limiting me on how many players I can put on auction, two days before I had over 200+ players up for auction. My madden mobile account is Josh369

All I see is "we are looking into this"... at this point should I just assume that my 150K coins are gone? I can just chalk them up to the 200k coins I lost back on that wonderful "upgrade" a few months ago where you told me to delete and reinstall the game and I lost my entire account. You guys are trying really ahrd to get me to stop installing and/or buying EA games. This so-called support is a joke.
- Hello, yes my IGN is Noahm7 and I bid on an Elite Clay Mathews for 50,000 coins and I never recieve the player and my coins were taken. This frustrated me and all I ask is that you return my coins as I see that being resonable. If this can not be do all I ask is an explination as to why not.
