Bid on player in auction, did not recieve if I won of lost bid and cannot get coins back..... Any ideas? Lost 35,000 kind of upset

- bidded on a 90 overall Michael Vick and then I did not win him and couldn't get my money back. so I lost 125k and I don't know how to get it back.
- me too. I only had about 150k coins and I placed a bid on Michael Vick for 125k and did not win the bid but lost all the coins. I'm very frustrated this is a collosal mess and ea needs to do something about it so we can contact them and get our coins back.
