Auction House - Why the lack of response from EA moderators on the issue?

They screwed up by instituting a new software that scooped up many innocent users in addition to the guilty ones. They obviously don’t know or don’t care to unblock those who were unfairly punished, and prefer to just sweep the issue under the rug.

Don’t expect any help from them. They’re just not interested in fixing this.
