ok so I get 1 top 100 training collectible worth 50,000 points... MAAYBE GET cam chancellor worth 100,000... AT THE VERY LEAST. I have to wait 12 days IF I PULL CAM CHANCELLORS EVERYDAY..... if not thats a 22 day wait at 50,000 a day training.. Or by lowering my team which I do not do anymore... Its just not wortht he time and effort... While the rest of the people who played no differently than I did prior to the ban, can surpass my overall and my entire league.. Once again... Why am I being matched up vs people who are 107 or 110 or 103 even on a weekend tourney?? I have no chance at those numbers anymore with what im limited to.. Yet being thrown at that competition as a good ol slap in the face?? I am with a 97 offense, and 101 defense, no longer up there when it comes to overalls.. I am below average in most of the h2h competition... Again this all boils down from a false ban, that I am beyond annoyed with now after 3 weeks of waiting.. I avoiding the refund route because by now I figured something would have been known.. But still its in the air, and the only answers I am getting here are ones already know?? Or to train in methods that do not keep up with the pack... I didn't blow 220$ on this game in 2 months for this bogus treatment from all aspects of your support system.
The only response I will be happy with is weather or not we are going to be back in the auction house or not... I have no reason to play this game without the ability to play it the way its intended.. I was patient for quite some time waiting for something on EA's end, but the days are rolling on and its still nothing.. We hear that my early December auctions will be unlocked to players yet here it is the 6th and still no follow up on that since the 28th of November... I frankly want to know what EA claims I did, which I know based on your own TOS was nothing, and also when or IF the auctions are going to be unlocked to us once again..I am literally only waiting for that in order to make my refund claims and say farewell to my league... Just saying that is just sad... 3 years I have players with some of these guys, 3 years have helped each other improve from a 7000 ranked league to last season 1400 to this season sitting at 400.... We all worked hard to get where we were and all of the sudden things changed... For nothing. The goal was to be competitive this season more then the last 2, that goal has been madenear impossible now after 3 weeks of very challenging matchup's that continue to get worse..
I don't play other games, hence why this has me choked.. The time I spent personally sitting here working at it.. I would like to know now after all this time whats happening.. At the very least players deserve that... We have had enough time consumed by the company this season its time to provide answers so people can either move on, or actually stay if this was just to repair the economy... BUT literally we are clueless in all regards to what we did, and whats happening.. Not fair on any level and even you should be able to agree with that.

@hc206 I'm sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, regarding the AH ban, you'll have to follow the steps in the article link to possibly have any action that may have been taken against your account overturned. Plenty of people have had it successfully overturned, so the system works.

The system does not work.. Not one single person has been allowed back into the auction house since the ban wave 3 weeks ago.. We also have not received anything more than automated emails which claim different things in each.. When appealing the emails as early as the 22nd of last month they have not responded in ANY way.. So no!!! This does not work!! Not at all, they do not investigate the accounts at all for if they did they would clearly see what took place... They did not even read the evidence and email I provided them... The original email claimed we were locked out for like 10 different things, none of which applied...
I am on muthead everyday... I know that this has not been solved for anybody.. There are posts about it non stop.

I have seen poker players kicked off of websites for boting!!! I have personally seen the email that was provided to those players after.... BOTS are detectible, very easily actually based on timing... So?? Again I am curious to know what they are doing here to people with no proof? Was it me selling Randy Moss?? Was it me buying the cheap items in the auction house that EA was throwing at us like candy for a week??? What was it, and why can they provide no answers yet 888 pokers franchise or Poker Stars can within hours?? You would think EA would maybe invest in some software that detects that type of thing rather then just guess?? Or was this about if you had over a certain amount of coins and EA didn't like it they blocked you?? I am sooo curious, because hoenstly it feels to me like the day this all started was the day I purchased a damn item from your store with something of value inside.

Sounds like the answer a company of amateurs would give, It's all a mystery..Just wondering who the Exec. there is? Is he like 20? By the professionalism of EA its sure seems like it.. I mean if that's how they want to treat players who played EA games since like super nintendo days lol... I'm never gunna spend a dime on this game or any other for that matter until I see improvement..Time to take some other routes besides that of EA support. Reporting this to the BBB or seeking legal advice based on the fact EA stole from people including myself with no responses or reason would probably be a better option for my time.. When you buy a pack in the store that says it sells "Auctionable players" Then have your accounts auction closed after selling that player is going against your own TOS.. When no reason was provided as to what was done incorrectly.. You cant send 10,000 people the exact same email and claim it as justifiable.. That is not proof, and that is a lot of money you just sucked out of the system based of an assumption that was wrong.

@hc206 I don't believe anyone is holding you back from taking any action you feel necessary. As with anything in life, do what you need to do, but speaking from experience, just don't expect the results you want to always happen. That's not to say you won't get the results you want, but just be prepared as you never know what could happen.
For the record, i'm not affiliated with EA. I'm a user just like you, who also grew up playing various forms of game consoles. Unfortunately, i'm probably dating myself when I say I grew up with the original Atari and had plenty of games on the original Nintendo. As I've stated before, I don't share the same problems or concerns as you and actually love the Madden Mobile game. I have also always had a positive interaction with all of the EA staff. Maybe I just have realistic expectations, or maybe I understand that the guys helping me aren't the ones that developed the game or enforced the ban.... or maybe I just look at things differently and try to be productive in my responses and working towards a positive solution. Although, there's always a chance that I'm just lucky, which i'm okay with.
However, speaking to people the way you do is never productive and accomplishes nothing.

I'm also very active on Muthead, although under a different name. Congrats to you for being so active on multiple forums and being a contributor. There aren't a lot of people out there that are doing gods work.

Well appreciate the honest feedback in that response. I can get where you are coming from to some extent, but the ones responsible for enforcing this ban are the ones who need to pull their heads out of that turtle shell, and respond to the many many people who have been hounding them for answers.. Its not your job and I am here just making more noise.. Its as simple as being honest which is a quality most people should share but unfortunately do not.. EA after 3 weeks cannot just give people a reason as to the true cause of the lockout. Had the reason been simply to fix the economy that was broken by them in the first place, I could deal with that.. I could understand that somebody with too many coins on this occasion will have to wait it out a bit until EA balances things economically...Maybe boters and coins sellers did ruin things early I don't know.. But that is not the answer I received from them. I and everyone else was labeled as a person who cheats, or hacks, or buys coins or uses software to benefit my game-play when I have no need for any of that.. After following up I have gotten no response at all in terms sincce the 22nd..
Defaming a persons character or claiming that they are basically cheating the system somehow is completely unprofessional when they cannot provide a reason, but rather give u a list of more than half a dozen different things.. Calling people a cheater, when they actually take pride in being the total opposite of that is what gets me.. I work for the money I earn and I work hard to earn it.. I have work ethics and morals and don't need to waste my time looking into ways to cheat some video game... Let alone be labeled by the company as a person who does.. Not everybody cares about abusing the system.. Had EA actually investigated the account they would see this.. Anyway, I will drop it enough's been said.. I am just growing more and more impatient playing people at 105 and 107 with no matchmaking in the game and no option to get to that level anymore besides the in store daily packs which only offer minimal training daily. Can only kill my buzz for so long..
