I also have been penalized without breaking any ToS. I emailed them and haven't heard back yet. I haven't done anything that should even be a red flag. They are about to lose an EA Access member, someone who has played EA games since NHL 94'. I want my money back that I have spent on the game or all my coins and AH ability restored. Unreal EA... unreal.
