What is your device make, model and operating system version?

Thx for the reply Barry,
My device is the Galaxy s7 version 6.0.1
upto date. I did power my device off, Uninstaller then downloaded and logged on. it was not fixed.
However an hour ago A.H. has not had the issue of not loading. But it still is slow to load which it has been doing since season 1.
