Yep, having this same issue for quite some time now.
When in AH, I can successfully scroll players. However, if I view a player and then back out and try to scroll again or refresh, AH hangs searching. I have to go to the filter and select something and then I can successfully scroll again.
I can repeat this issue over and over again by simply looking at a player and then trying to scroll through more players. The only fix that i've been able to come up with is the above filter, but that get tiring as you better be sure you actually want to look at a player otherwise, you'll be starting all over again. The other work around which is equally as crappy, is to filter down to exactly what you're looking for to limit the output so that you don't have to scroll.
EA - it sounds like this has been going on for long enough that it warrants being escalated to your development team. It's not the device (as i've repeated this issue on 4 completely different devices), it's not the OS version of the device (as 3 of the 4 devices I tested with are all on different versions), and I think we're well past the point of requesting a power cycle of the device. The ball is back in your court for a resolution.
