Black friday step up packs
I bought all of the packs and it never gave me an iconic even though the game guarantees that you will get at least 1.

When the Step Up offers state "Purchasing all five Madden Feast Step Up Packs guarantee an Iconic Madden Feast Player", they are referencing that the Epic player you receive in each of the five packs can be exchanged for a random Iconic via trade. Essentially, if you purchase all five Step Up offers, you will end up with five Epics if you aren't lucky enough to pull an Iconic, and those five Epics can then be exchanged for a random Iconic via trade. Thus, the "guaranteed Iconic". If you click/tap on any of the Step Up offers in the Store, the pack contents will also clarify this.
You definitely aren't the first person to bring this attention, so you are not alone in the confusion. I can definitely see why someone who hasn't looked into the pack contents would think they are supposed to receive an Iconic in addition to the five Epic players from purchasing all five Step Up offers.
