Black Friday tickets

Black Friday weekend ads all said Friday - Monday

They may have said Friday to Monday but they had them as prizes on Monday from the weekend tournament and did not give you enough time to use them. I figured that because they had them as prizes they would extend like they do with other promotion but they didn't. If they make it a prize or purchasable on Monday they should give you time to use it. Also at least you got a response, they never got back to me. I may not soak millions into this game but I have spent $100 or two a month so that my teammates in the league benefit and I get the joy of getting to open a pack and maybe get a player I really like. But I will no longer be buying anything if there is a risk of looseing money. This game is for fun not to Gamble.

I actually submitted mine for the Holliday presents and didn't get them. Instead I log in the next day and have now useless tickets. Not sure which is worse, knowing it was ending and using them only to get nothing, or not knowing and being stuck with useless tickets. Contacted EA that day and was told i couldn't be helped and needed to post here. Not sure how this resolves my issue. Completely feel screwed especially considering real money was used for these things.
