Black screen on NFL overdrive
Hello, My game dont load, and stay with these screen. Someone can help me?

Community Admin@CameronGitsy90 When did this start for you? Does restarting your device have any effect?
From day 1 of new season, hasn't loaded once for me, just black screen and background music playing

@CameronGitsy90 Thanks. I assume you could run Overdrive without issue? Does logging out of Facebook and/or Google Play have any effect?
In previous season I could no problem, but I can't even get past the EA logo on startup this season, I've logged out of Google play games loads of times and restarted phone loads of times, I've cleared game data and cache a few times but still same problems

@CameronGitsy90 Thank you. Can I check what version of Android you're on? Can you check for and install any updates that may be available?
- @EA_David I could run overdrive without issues, but I just get a black screen with music in the background, it's been that way since day one of new update, have tried logging out
I'm on Xiaomi Redmi 6a with Android 8.1- EA_David
I do notice a shared chipset on a few of these devices, it might be a factor.
