Black screen on NFL overdrive

Hello,  My game dont load, and stay with these screen.  Someone can help me?

@CameronGitsy90 Thanks. I assume you could run Overdrive without issue? Does logging out of Facebook and/or Google Play have any effect?

@EA_David I could run overdrive without issues, but I just get a black screen with music in the background, it's been that way since day one of new update, have tried logging out
I'm on Xiaomi Redmi 6a with Android 8.1

    I do notice a shared chipset on a few of these devices, it might be a factor.

        I have this same issue on a new phone I bought an Oppo Reno Z. The EA logo flashes as usual, then the screen goes blank and after about 10 seconds you can hear the music start playing.

      @EA_Davidany fix for this yet I spent money on the game and now can't play.
