Community ManagerYeah, I know he is level 15. The point is I can’t level him further without completing stage 3 and I can’t finish stage 3 without a level 25 OG.
Community ManagerYeah, pretty sure I’m stuck. I’ve gotten another OG but have the same message - need to finish Genesis 3 to level him higher than 15 and I can’t unless he’s higher than level 25. Every rare OG I get has the same issue.
Community ManagerWell, the requirement is a Rare OG so even if I had elites, I can’t use them. ☹️
Community ManagerSaved up and got an Epic OG. Did the event: didn’t unlock.
Community ManagerCompleted the event and it still shows incomplete, therefore, it won’t let me go further to progress my team.
Community ManagerI've closed the app but I haven't like logged off and signed back in or something. Note: the player that is "higher" than that epic OG is another rare OG capped at level15.
Community ManagerI know that. That's what I've been trying to say. I can't level them up until I finish that stage because of the level cap on them both. Here is the pic I sent before of the cap message Hernandez receives when I try to level him. Incognito gets the same message too. This is what I've been trying to explain: I literally can't go further.
