Bug - Game won't complete Journey: Genesis Level III

Completed the event and it still shows incomplete, therefore, it won’t let me go further to progress my team.

Have you closed and re-launched the app since then?

Can you screenshot the lineup and event for us?

I've closed the app but I haven't like logged off and signed back in or something. Note: the player that is "higher" than that epic OG is another rare OG capped at level15.

You don't have a level 25+ OG. Hernandez is 15 and Incognito is 3.

I know that. That's what I've been trying to say. I can't level them up until I finish that stage because of the level cap on them both. Here is the pic I sent before of the cap message Hernandez receives when I try to level him. Incognito gets the same message too. This is what I've been trying to explain: I literally can't go further.

You need to acquire a different OG that is capable of leveling up higher either from a more recent event or through the store. :\

Do you happen to know of any specific ones? Because I saved up for that Epic one for a week or two.
