BUG - Stamina Refill doesn't work after level up

This has happened to me multiple times on Madden Mobile for Android. I have seen it occur in two scenarios. 1. I execute the same live event multiple times by selecting "Play Again" or "Try Again" ...

The stamina refill happens behind the scenes. Let's say you have 4 stamina and you play an event and winning that event levels you up. You can continue to "play again" with your stamina refill without having to exit the event and go back in.

    Yes that sounds like the way it should work - but it does not. No refill occurs at all.
