Can’t Log In to Game Center in madden mobile

After I got the latest IPhone update 13.1.2, I was unable to sign in to my madden mobile account. It would send a message saying Game Center logon failed, please try again. I don’t know what’s going on can someone help me out. Thanks!

Are you unable to connect on both a WiFi and mobile network connection? If you're on WiFi, try rebooting your home network if that's where you're currently at. Try re-adding the WiFi network to your mobile device to see if that helps.

I'm sure you've rebooted the iPhone since the update, but in case that wasn't covered that helps connectivity errors.

Did you ever sync up to Facebook?

So I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Logged out of Game Center, logged back. On and off wifi. Reset my WiFi at home.
no new updates on my phone. No new apps recently either.

Did you ever sync up your account to Facebook? Try logging into the Facebook app and remove Madden Mobile under Settings>Apps. Then, log out of Facebook and then load up Madden Mobile. Try to sign into Madden Mobile with Facebook.

I am having the same problem it won’t let me log into Game Center and I had a stacked team and I don’t wanna lose all my progress

What steps have you tried so far? Have you rebooted your device or reinstalled the app? Reinstalling the app tends to fix most game issues. If you linked up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be saved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode though that progress is lost upon reinstalling.

The same dang thing happened to me too. I lost all of my progress and I lost 10 bucks basically
