Can’t promote a league member to admin [Fifa Mobile]

I Can’t promote a league member to admin, getting a error “ player is not eligible for admin status”. I’m the owner of the league and game I’m talking about is ‘fifa mobile’ I’ve tried several times ...

His age is 17 and he’ll be turning 18 on the 15th of August. He hasn’t tried creating his own league, coz that would require him to leave the league, but since u told me that it might be a age thing, I’ll wait till he turns 18 and if it still doesn’t work, I’ll msg u here.

Hey so I was wondering, how do I promote my friend to admin? There is no button for it. Or at least that i have seen. Thanks
