Can someone please fix the madden mobile 21 menu issue?
The menu doesn’t work and I can’t access the mailbox. As the image shows they aren’t clickable. Can someone patch this issue? Not getting to access the auction house is a massive problem.

4) I am unable to click/access certain menus and buttons in game. This includes the hamburger menu, daily goals, inbox, back/store/home buttons on certain screens, etc…

This is a bug and has been reported to EA. They are aware and working on it. As far as a possible fix, there is no specific timetable for one. If you get stuck on a screen where you can’t exit it by clicking back/store/home buttons, you will need to force close the app and re-open.
