11 years ago1. Connect device to your PC
2. Install and open iExplorer (any other file browser for your device will do)
3. Navigate to Apps -> MaddenMobile -> Library -> Caches and delete all contents inside that folder

11 years agoSadly that did not work either ☹️(((.... I also have tried playing on other devices and have encountered the same problem....

Have you tried logging in from another device?
