Cannot play live events or PvP games

Question

Every time I try to play a live event or PvP game the game shuts down. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the game with no success. I've been in touch with EA support and they are saying it is a bug in the game. Has anyone else had this issue?

Your graphics might be too high for your phone and arent loading the items properly. To lower graphics, head into Settings by clicking the gear icon on the top left of the slide-out menu, then select edit "Preferences". There will be an option for "Quality" that lets you adjust the graphic detail.
