Cannot unlink ea from prime gaming
I am currently trying to unlink my EA account from my prime gaming. I don't use the account anymore and and want to link the one i have on my Xbox so i can get the free skins. I have tried following these steps, which i have added a photo of, and every time i get to the step where it says click on manage account it shows a drop down menu for about 1 second
(which i was also able to take a screenshot of before it takes me to a different page)then takes me to a different page which i also uploaded a photo of where it takes me. And that page doesn't show anything about unlinking my account. If anyone can help me that would be great. TIA
