Can't claim Andrew Van Ginkel Marvel despite having all the components to do so

Hi, looking for help in contacting EA about not being able to claim the Andrew Van Ginkel Marvel from the Glory Road event. I have all the components necessary to do so but when I add them the "claim" icon for the AVG Marvel doesn't light up. There's 5 days remaining in being able to do it but I have tried backing out of the game and restarting it, tried uninstalling the game and re-installing it, nothing works
