Can't Create League?

I am level 26 with over 200k coins and 84 overall but I can not create a league? I go to the page where you can join/create leagues but the create button is just dark and not click able.. Anyone else ...

    If you are currently in a league, you can't create one and depending on what age you put in when starting the game you may not be able to. You don't have to join one and then leave.

Everytime I tried to accept invited to a league or create a new league. I am getting booted out of the game saying unexpected error has occurred. I reinstall the app and even did a factory reset on. My player name is navy65
