@X-CELL I had that too. I had deleted the cache, the mb and then uninstalled the app. Then I went back to the Google play store to download madden 25 again, then I realized I had to log back into my ea acct. Once I did that I was able to reset my password, then I opened the app up and my acct was listed so I tapped it to see and it was fine. Then I selected the open app key and it worked after that.
