Can't purchase any madden cash on Madden Mobile 17

Every time i try to purchase madden cash on madden mobile the game tells me "can't make purchase while StoreKit transaction is already in progress". I have no idea what the game is talking about. I've been getting the same message for 3 weeks, since the game reset for the new season. I know I definitely have the money to buy it as well so thats not the problem. Can someone please help?

I saved up $150 to get a boost in the 2017 Madden Mobile season, but EVERY time i try to purchase cash, I get an error:
Store is currently unavailable. Please try again later.

I'm having the same problem except mine says it's unavailable at this time please try again later, it's been a week and nothing. I can purchase stuff in other games but not madden?

Make sure your payment method is an accepted payment method

Make sure you have the money available to pay for the item(s)

Check that your home address is associated with the card you may be trying to use

Ever since the season reset everyone I try to go to the Madden store it just keeps saying "store unavailable at this time, please try again later". At other times it will just be a blank screen. This has been going on since the season reset. Any idea when EA will fix this?Thank you.

Can you turn off all devices you have used to access the store, then turn on your main device and re-sign into the app. Apply any available updates and retry.
