Can't purchase any madden cash on Madden Mobile 17
Every time i try to purchase madden cash on madden mobile the game tells me "can't make purchase while StoreKit transaction is already in progress". I have no idea what the game is talking about. I've...
Nobody knows how to fix it. My advice is NEVER buy the feature pack in store!!! This started for me when I bought the pack that comes with 300 madden bucks, 3 all-pro packs, and some xp boosters for $4.99. Store tells me "the item has been paid for, but not yet granted."

The first picture is the error message I get now. I purchased the $4.99 pack 2 nights ago which consisted of 300 madden bucks, 3 all-pro packs, and a few elite xp boosters. I was charged for it and never received it. The second picture is the error I received when I tried to buy the same $4.99 bundle this morning. I started a case and never received a phone call and my case was closed, so I re-opened it and can't get anyone on live chat. Plus there isn't an option to be called back anymore??????????????

My prob is the same as okie_state_fan. It all started when I tried to buy the all pro pack special, nothing happened, so I tried again but got the same message said it had been ordered but hasn't been granted, however I didn't get charge for it. Afterward every time i tried to purchase madden cash, I got the "storekit transaction" error. Contacted apple itune support, they said all cleared from their side. They said storekit is a payment system used by other side (EA). I have submitted a case but no response yet. Things I have tried so far, rebooted phone, logged out/in google play, re-input payment infor, reinstalled game, nothing worked. I am confidence the issue is on EA side. Once a purchase has been requested, it got processed through a payment system i.e Storekit, however in this case it was a botched job but never got cleared from Storekit so no additional purchase can be proccesed. I am not an expert on this but it goes something like that. Do EA supports read these posts at all?
I have exactly the same problem since trying to buy the All pro pack as well. EA support have been no help at all. I cancelled the all pro pack after it did not appear for 24 hours . Got a refund but now a new invoice has appeared!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Impossible to buy Madden money and make real progress.
