My prob is the same as okie_state_fan. It all started when I tried to buy the all pro pack special, nothing happened, so I tried again but got the same message said it had been ordered but hasn't been granted, however I didn't get charge for it. Afterward every time i tried to purchase madden cash, I got the "storekit transaction" error. Contacted apple itune support, they said all cleared from their side. They said storekit is a payment system used by other side (EA). I have submitted a case but no response yet. Things I have tried so far, rebooted phone, logged out/in google play, re-input payment infor, reinstalled game, nothing worked.
I am confidence the issue is on EA side. Once a purchase has been requested, it got processed through a payment system i.e Storekit, however in this case it was a botched job but never got cleared from Storekit so no additional purchase can be proccesed. I am not an expert on this but it goes something like that. Do EA supports read these posts at all?
