i cant tap to switch to another player while im playing defense in madden mobile. it was working just fine a few hours agoplease help

*UPDATE*The fix is planned to roll out today (11/1). Hey, Madden Mobile fans. I just responded to another thread regarding this here. The team is aware of this and looking to fix it. @EA_Messina mentioned on the stream today at 36:22 how the team is aware of defensive players not switching pre-snap. 👍 *Marking as solved for visibility purposes. The team is still investigating this*

I also started having this problem today. I assumed it was a bug introduced with the latest update, since I updated today.

I reported the bug but have not heard back.

@amanst Yep... Not only on Android... I am on iOS and have the same issue. I tried to play on a few different devices (including an iPad, a different version of iPhone, as well as on a Google Pixel 3a). They all have this issue.

I have also tried to create a new account and sadly, it also experiences this same issue on all different devices.

Still can’t change defensive players pre-snap since the update...

Or maybe reward the players for the ridiculously boring and tedious grind needed to get a Triplet or Most Feared player?

@Toastvader Same here... Its annoying and changes how I play defense. We did not ask for this to change. Please change it back.
There are plenty of things you could have changed that we have asked for though. 🤷‍♂️

I just updated the app & it won’t let me select a player on defense before pre snap.
