cant switch to other players while playing defense

Come on EA, sort this out it's making Defensive events practically unwinnable!!!

The case isn't closed and the team is still looking into addressing it. We marked this solved for visibility purposes so others coming in here aren't creating duplicate posts that we were seeing early on. 👍

No updates to share around this at the moment, unfortunately. We know it can be difficult to play on Defense when you're not switching so we appreciate your hanging in there on this. 

For about the last week Madden mobile has a bug in which you cannot select your Defender pre-snap. I along with my 31 League members have contacted EA, left thread upon thread on different sites & after week this extremely annoying bug which ruins app of the gameplay hasn't been addressed. They are constantly adding new things but will not fix a very simple bug. I am to the point of almost uninstalling the game because it's unbearable, has anyone heard back from them or got any satisfaction?

It's been over a week for a tiny fix that would make a huge difference. I really hope they aren't waiting for the next promo to fix it. That would be a total BS move, but also, absolutely classic EA.

They have posted that they are aware of the problem. I think that has been the only response

The team is looking to fix it ASAP. It was supposed to be fixed yesterday but we're looking to fix it this afternoon. The Community Manager briefly discussed it on today's Madden Mobile segment of Good Morning Madden.

So  you hide the fact that nothing has been done about a dog that is so small but ruins the game and one of the biggest game companies is taking 2 weeks to fix it. Ea really just rest on our Laurels anymore it's kind of sad and pathetic

Believe it when I see it. You guys have an entire team and can't fix a simple bug that only has become an issue in the last update. Maybe instead of discussing it they should work on fixing it
