Case resolved???
What do you mean when putting a case on status "resolved"? The case is not even close to being resolved. No communication of any kind anymore and no sollution. Only running around in circles So how...
Seems so, when I traded in my Calvin Johnson it unlocked Tom Brady.

In my case (and others) something strange happened. The wrong player unlocked. Nobody has explained that. In my opinion that's problems with programming. You can't just say "You exchanged the wrong card, too bad for you"
Also I asked some questions in the post. Nobody cared to answere those either.
Hence nobody seems to care or explain anything. Just blame your customers in doing wrong, and make them feel nothing more than money trees where you can pick from endless... good strategy EA..... this strategy makes me want to max out my credit card and throw more money at you....yeah right....
