I was playing the championship run gauntlet and after collecting the elite player on the 4th stage it locked up on me. It won’t let me go on to the next event. I’ve tried force closing, deleting and reinstalling, and even a different device. I had a similar issue earlier in the year with the regular master series that took months to fix. At this point I would rather just see if I can get a refund for
the 4,000 gems I spent to unlock the event.

Did we give up on helping? How long before I can safely dispute my charges in my iTunes before I run the risk of getting banned for not receiving the content I pay for?

Not giving up! I've been working through some posts and had you on my tab here. Can you double-check your purchase history to verify the purchase is still showing up as completed?
Yes, it went through. I was playing the event before it locked up on me and won’t allow me to do the next event. I was even doing it the long way to get CR points and can’t even obtain them.
I played the event all the way up until the 4th stage (shown in screen shot) where I collected the elite player and it now won’t unlock the next event. It’s been over a week now of just sitting here looking at it.

We have just a little over a week before the events end. It sure would be nice to be able to finish the event and get my players, or get back either my money or coins.
Getting back my 4,000 gems would be really nice with this NFL Honors event.... this really stinks that I am going on week 2 with no results here.
