Cheating on head to head

I am playin head to head against a user named *removed* who has been cheating to beat me. He had the first drive. He returned a kick for 15 yards to the 18 yd line. Then he did a 2 pt conversion without even scoring a TD. He somehow advanced 82 yds that did not show up on film. It was now my turn. I scored a field goal. Now it was 8-3. The third drive was the same. He returned a kick for 13 yds to the 16 yd line. Then he did a 2 pt conversion without getting a TD first. None of his TDs appeared on film. He did a Deep Attack play on both drives for the 2 pt conversion. He ran with his QB to get the 2 pts. There may be a glitch that this user is taking advantage of in head to head. He is currently in all-madden 1 division and has a Facebook picture as his profile picture and his current team is the Broncos. On the fourth drive, I did not score. I checked the film and it says he has "0 touchdowns, 0 field goals, 4 rushing yards, 0 passing yards, 1 turnover, and 28 kick return yards" this does not make sense because he could not have scored 16 on two drives if he had a turnover. It also says that he has 28 kick return yards on both drives combined, so he couldn't have scored on kick return. But that is the only play before the 2 pt conversion. If he has 4 rushing yards, then he ran 2 yds each drive for the 2 pt conversion. But if he has 0 passing yards, how is he being credited for scoring 2 TDs already. It also says he scored 0 touchdowns and 0 field goals, so how does he have 16 pts? His defense did not score. Please fix this. There is either a glitch that automatically credits someone with a TD, or a problem on the film because maybe he played fairly, but the plays don't show up on film or the match stats. Please either fix this problem or discipline this user for cheating
