Click on event and nothing loads nfl mobile

I click on any event including trivia and nothing loads. There isn’t an option to start the event or anything. It used to work but stopped about a week ago. If I click trivia nothing pops up until a ...

    Yes that worked!

    it was an odd way it did

    i toggled it on and off in game did not work with data or WiFi 

    i closed it toggled WiFi off and went in only using data 

    still did not work

    while in game I toggled WiFi on still did not

    went back to data again in game and started working 

    now it works with both data and wifi

Thanks for raising this to us! I haven't seen a ton of reports on this but I've seen it where some events won't load up until selecting another event and tapping the Trivia node again. What type of device do you play on and have you tried reinstalling the game? If you synced up to your account to Facebook/Apple/Google your progress will be preserved when you re-install. If you play on guest mode that progress is lost upon reinstalling.

    I have tried it on my iPad and mainly play on my iPhone which neither work

    have both signed out also deleted and reinstalled the app

    i have tapped on different events and gone back to the one I tried to do

    but it’s all events in any mode they don’t show up 

    it started about a little over a week ago and had no problems before
