Color Clash not showing events properly

I have a case opened with EA. I'm on an Android. Samsung Galaxy S9+. Trying to grind the Color Clash events but the 2 hour blitz event and the red/ yellow, and blue events aren't populating to click on them and do them. This has been happening since it started. 

I cleared the cache on the app and re-launched and also restarted the device. Neither have helped. I've lost a ton of time trying to chase players. 

I was told on the call to go here and post too. Not sure why. Attached is a screen shot of what I'm experiencing. 

  • That happened to me once but after I logged out, restarted my phone, and then logged in fresh they populated.
    If that doesn't work then I don't know what else you can do. I hope you figure it out brother.

    @Cherns74 Thanks for the post. As mentioned a reset usually helps in such cases, the game has some cached memory issue or it just didn't connect properly to the servers on our side, and a restart helps. 

    Actually on my end I just had the same issue, the Blitz wasn't showing up and a restart made it appear again.

    I did what Gator suggested and it worked. I shouldn't have to do that IMO. I'm chasing Jared Cook under the yellow tab and also the KR Irvin. I doubt I'll get there now because of this. What does EA do to make this right when this happens?

    Same problem again today. I went back to my case and I can't update it. All I can do it view it. 

    And the person I spoke to put in the case notes to come here and post about it. What does that fix???

    What is EA going to do first of all to fix this issue? Second of all what am I going to get for the trouble? Do they think users like myself will dump a bunch of money and time on the game and just keep dealing with this half a$$ customer service?? 

  • This is just part of the incompetent customer service loop. The moderators here do the best they can, but EA doesn't even give them the tools to properly assist us. What they are hoping is that you will come here and leave them alone. It's ridiculous.
    And those greedy a holes absolutely expect users like us will keep dumping money. They count on it. That's why they are continuously releasing new cash grab content.
    They're probably right too the sumbeeches
