There are some events, like the Combine, where not all cards have equal probability of coming up. Sometimes EA distinguishes between the two probabilities by having a gold level and an elite level, other times they do not. As I write this there are currently 10 McFaddens up for auction, so those cards are being distributed but seemingly at an extremely low rate. Personally, I'll play the Combine Blitz if I have stamina to burn but it's not a MUST have set completion in my books for mid 90s players.
