Well I thought I did but when I tried to log in here my email wouldn’t work so I made a new account here. Should I try to link this ea account to my madden account?

If you play other EA games it's important to link the correct account. I recommend contacting our Support team so they can verify which email address you need to use if you also play other EA games like Madden on console so you have both properly linked up to maximize rewards.
