Current issues we are working to resolve

We are currently working hard to resolve the following issues:

• Players losing coins when outbid in an auction
• Players not receiving coins for items sold at auction
• Some players are experiencing crashing in Madden NFL Mobile
• Some players are having trouble connecting to the server and losing Energy which keeps them from playing matches

We're actively investigating these issues and are working on a resolution as quickly as possible. Please stay tuned for updates
