So, how do I know I received the gems? It doesn't say completed? I never received the "Achievement" page where you claim the gems, and I don't recall ever receiving an error message like we usually do when they correct something and you should have received a reward but didn't.

6 years ago@ATLBaller32 If you have any concerns on not receiving them, please reach out to our Support team via in-game through Settings>Help to submit a missing items claim. An Advisor can pull up your account to see when it was completed and verify if the gems were added to your account.

I did, have not heard anything yet, but it has only been a few days. I am used to seeing completed when I know that I have claimed the rewards after the pop-up comes up with ACHIEVMENT, then it says completed under the X/X times you needed to complete the items. Mine just doesn't, so it makes me think I did not receive the rewards.

@ATLBaller32 Do you have any right now on the verge of completing? If you're able to take a look at your gems prior to completing it that could definitely let us know it's not tracking for you.
