Did Not Deliver Weekend Tournament Rewards / Were Wrong
Submitted a help ticket and was told the only remedy is posting here ... unacceptable. Your coding sent the wrong content with Tier Rewards from this past Weekend Tournament. Tier II was supposed to be a STACKD Player Pack. When tapping open it turned out to be a single Tournament Trophy and was not my STACKD Player Pack. Then I selected the Elite TXP x2 Collectible and when I tore that open it added two to my Tournament Trophies and not to my TXP. I was within one of leveling up and it didn't level me up for the TXP so I know it didn't go there. Why do these kinds of things continue to happen? How do I get my STACKD Player Pack and how do I get my Elite TXP x2?
