Didn't get Black Friday Coupons with Purchase

i just subsequently purchased a Madden Feast Pack for $29.99 and a Fourth Quarter Pack for $19.99.  Using the Madden Cash I gained from those previous two purchases, I purchased 1100 Redzone Coupons that I haven't got credit for.  Can someone rectify this situation please?

    Geezzzz I nearly spat my coffee all over my iPad. In this instance they have assisted and done well. Most other time your support tells us to post here for someone in the community to assist. #joke
