I never received my top 1% in h2h from last month either and EA keeps giving me the run around about it. Really starting to think I don’t want to play this game anymore like so many others I know that have stopped playing because of things like this.

Same issue is happening for me as well. I did not receive my Brian Cushing from the tournament or my H2H top 10% rewards. They redirected me to these forums and offered me the same lame Pro Pack "compensation".
Come on EA, do right and give everyone their fair compensation. Shouldnt need to spend hours on this.
Same issues everyday it's something new. Last h2h I didn't get my level rewards for moving up to I think Gold 1 or so cause I'm just trying get the Brady since the time before I wasn't rewarded either. So I hate h2h since it's 2 times I can't get rewards...then tournament reset lost points and ran out of tickets so I quit playing just saved tickets. Then most feared I didn't get the right amount of jack o lanterns only got the ones I got from the tourney and 3 objectives for like a total of 20 when I should have at least 35 by my count. and all they offer is a damn pro pack which took me over a week in emails and chats to get that out of them. EA tech support sucks. Why can't they check your records of what packs you buy and how many times you complete an objective or points in tournaments etc. It's horrible. This pay to play sucks.
