Worst service ever and by far. I had couple very bad customer service experience before but this something else just unbelievible. And to the case haven't got money refunded or missing items to my game neither.
@bkzeyqcvgxp9 I'm not even sure do they understand English in support. Copying just EA pages and send generic messages. Don't try get solution with them, there has to be better portal to handle refund or any problems with EA games than their support.
