So, if you're like me, you're here to report a problem with EA. They have many many problems nowadays. Such a poorly run game. It's a shame.
Well, I was told that they only look at the posts with lots of likes and comments to decide who to help. Isn't that a great customer service model? If you're wondering why these idio......errr, "customer service reps" won't respond to your post......this is why
Here's a copy/paste excerpt from an email conversation I've been having with them.
*** EA - If you're going to delete this post. At least notify me and give me a reason instead of cowardly deleting it in the middle of the night. Am I violating any of your TOS? The only thing I can think of is because I called you guys idiots so much. I'm sorry. I'll try my hardest to refrain from calling you idiots. It'll be tough, but I think I can manage. ***

EA "Help": I realized it is quite disappointing that you did not receive the legend collectibles. We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Please let me share that our studio team has already granted the rewards to the eligible players. Please check your game account. Me: I checked my account as soon as I saw you closed my case without ever responding to me even once! I did not get the rewards I was supposed to. Not the 1st time EA has screwed me. Not the 2nd time…..not the 5th time. I’m getting sick of it
EA "Help": Please let me share that it is not possible for us to grant or add the collectible manually, however the studio team will distribute the tokens every eligible customer, if you did not receive the rewards please post your issue on forum.
Me: The forum is a complete waste of time and no one ever responds. I would like to speak to a manager please.

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. we still have no update regarding this. The best way to get this information straight to our developers, so they can start making changes to these issues, is through the forums. The more people you get to talk about the issues you are experiencing, the more the developers will take notice.
Me: So you will only help customers whose forum post gets a lot of likes and comments? Am I reading that correctly?

It's not like we help them only who get lots of hits and like but yes ! who get more hits or like , the most highlighted issues are kept on priority as more comments means more players are having that issues ' so our developers keeps their eye on that.
