Side note, they also promised to send me an email including a link to post my rant to EA so I might be able to find someone to listen that can do something... That also was another lie as no such email nor link was provided either.
@LakersPackers76EA help is an oxymoron. I honestly don't understand how their business thrives with the level of customer support they provide. I honestly believe that customer support company they've hired for this game gets paid based on the number or percentage of cases they close because they'll close a case on you quick. Then they'll send you here to get you off their backs knowing the moderators here are not able to help with that sort of problem.
It's a travesty.
@tthegatorfan122 I sincerely believe you are correct. The haven't helped with a Damn thing, but they close every case as "resolved". I still haven't got anything higher than a Silver Pack in H2H either regardless of beating HOF. It's futile going to EA help they do absolutely diddly squat about it.
