Hello,
I've been completing several offers using the earn cash feature in game. Icon is on the lower left side of the screen. 3 days ago the earn cash button disappeared, I've Uninstalled, cleared cash, opened tickets in game, everything and it won't show up.
I had just finished a quest that would have granted a lot of mcash but can't access the feature.
Any help would be appreciated.
Account isn't age restricted, Android. Can supply uid if needed. Thank you
Update: I've logged in and out, uninstalled and reinstalled. Turned phone on and off, cleared app cache/data and the earn cash feature won't return. I created a ticket in game and with EA support, the in game ticket has been open for 3 or 4 days. I've also linked/unlinked accounts and tried every possible different way to login.
EA support through website chat was very kind but unable to figure out the issue.
Starting a new account on my devices will get the button to show back up.
My in game help ticket got one response at 10am est, I responded one minute later but still haven't heard back after about 8 hours. I feel like something might be off with my EA id or account?
