It looks like there was indeed a brief issue with the Crystal Egg but that was fixed around a couple hours later. Hit me up if you still can't open it.
Did you complete all 8 events on that day though and were they the hunts on the right side of the screen or did you auto the event on the left?
Correct I had all of the eggs done and it even said 8/8 green bar. I didnt complete the set because i wanted to use resources on other stuff yesterday and wait till this morning. Now it says 0/8 events.

i knew the sets were ending today so moved on to another set!
Community AdminPlease contact our Support team and they should be able to verify if you received rewards for those specific events under the time-frame he was available to help assist you.
Go in-game to Settings>Help/Customer Service and submit a missing items claim so they can pull up your account to check.
